The room was warm and cozy and the staff was willing to help. Meals were superb, I tried bacon, cereal, eggs, sausages and cheese. They made my stay terrific. Impressive design, helpful service in the entire hotel. Fortunately, free wifi was provided throughout the property. Handy location to buckingham palace.
